Counseling & Academic Support

Be Supported

We’re here for students—helping them grow, learn, and navigate their next steps in class, with friends, or toward college. Think of us as guides, cheerleaders, and problem-solvers all rolled into one!

From the first day of elementary school through graduation, we get to know each student and their family, celebrating strengths, addressing challenges, and supporting every learner on their unique path to success—academically, personally, in their faith journey, and in their overall health and wellness, including mental, physical, and emotional well-being.

MRA Counseling Services:
Our Approach

Grow

We help students grow in character while reaching their academic, personal, spiritual, and creative potential.

Connect

We build strong connections with students and families from elementary through graduation.

Thrive

Every student is unique, so we focus on what fits their goals, strengths, and journey best.

Academic Support

At MRA, we offer academic support right on campus with skilled specialists ready to help every student succeed. From speech and occupational therapy to guided studies and dyslexia support, our goal is to meet each learner where they are. We celebrate every learning style and work to build confidence, helping students reach their full potential and feel successful in and out of the classroom.

Academic Support Options

  • Kindergarten: Speech & occupational therapy to get kids off to a strong start.
  • Elementary: Speech, guided studies, and dyslexia support to help every learner thrive.
  • Middle School: Guided studies to keep students on track and confident.
  • High School: Guided studies plus flexible office hours to meet one-on-one with teachers and get extra help when it fits your schedule.

What is Guided Studies?

At MRA, our learning specialists partner with students, teachers, and counselors to support everyday learning and build skills like planning, organization, and time management. While we don’t modify our academic program, we do offer classroom and testing accommodations for students with documented needs—making sure every learner feels confident, supported, and ready to thrive.

Meet the

Mentors

At MRA, no student walks alone. We surround our students with a caring team—teachers, parents, principals, counselors, and specialists when needed—working together to make sure each student feels seen, supported, and set up for success.
