Pat is beginning his 8th season as the boy's and girl's cross country coach at MRA. He also coaches distance in track for the girls and boys in Jr. High and High School, and is the head basketball coach for 7th, 8th and 9th grades. He also serves as the lead assistant for the varsity girls team. His cross country teams have won three straight State championships and three North State championships in the boys and girls divisions, and the girls have been Overall state runner-up three times.
Pat is married to Jennifer Lovitt and they have 2 daughters, Tavyn and Kayla, both graduates of MRA. Tavyn is now teaching and coaching in California. Kayla is a past Don Souder award winner and MAIS All-Star in basketball. She is currently enrolled at UMC Medical School.
