MRA "PATS" BOARD POSITIONS
INTEREST INDICATOR FORM

  • The MRA Parents and Teachers Association/PATS will be accepting the Interest Indicator Form below to fill the following positions for the 2025-2026 school year.
     
  • If you would like to be considered as a candidate or know of someone you would like to nominate, please complete the Interest Indicator below.
     
  • Please complete this form on or before the deadline of Friday, April 11 and indicate ALL areas in which you would be willing to serve.

Executive Board Positions

PATS Vice-President

Assist the President throughout the year, assume the President’s role the following year.


PATS Secretary

Take minutes of all Board meetings and the custodian of all PATS Records.


Coordinators

Responsible for the supervision of any communication with all navigators and/or homeroom mothers.


Members At Large Positions

Service Coordinator

Responsible for working with coordinators to ensure that each grade has a service project along with coordinating the Senior Essay Scholarship Program.

School Representatives

Responsible for communicating to the PATS Board activities and events in each grade: Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle School, High School.

Committee Positions

Luncheon Hospitality

Responsible for coordinating and serving at the Back to School Faculty Luncheon, monthly early dismissal faculty luncheons, and the end of year Faculty Luncheon. 

Homecoming Hospitality

Responsible for decorating and serving at the Homecoming Court Tent the day of Homecoming. 

Welcoming Committee

Responsible for contacting all new families prior to school beginning and helping with their transition to MRA along with planning a new patron socials.(Kindergarten-Fairy Tale Parade/Elem-HS -Ice Cream Social)

School Supplies

Responsible for pre-sale, ordering, and distribution of school supplies.


Moms In Touch - Spiritual

Responsible for leading a parent group in prayer each month throughout the school year to pray over the school, staff and students.

Moms In Touch - Social

Responsible for coordinating social events to connect MRA moms throughout the school year.

Gardens of Madison County

Responsible for overseeing Gardens of Madison County held in May of 2026.

Navigator

Responsible for working with coordinators and teachers to plan all class parties and activities for each grade.
