MRA Announces High School Addition

The Board of Trustees would like to thank each Patron who participated in our Forward in Faith focus groups in the Spring of 2023. Your insights, ideas, and honest feedback were invaluable, and we want you to know: we heard you.

Thanks to your participation, we gained a clearer understanding of our school community’s hopes for the future of MRA, and the Board of Trustees is excited to share a major milestone in that journey.

The projects identified through the strategic planning process as the school's most pressing needs at this time are listed below and are shown above. Due to the very thoughtful, conservative fiscal stewardship our school leaders have been committed to over the years, these initial projects will be able to be funded through the school's normal operating budget, along with key gifts in support of the project.

What You Asked For - And What’s Coming Next
During focus groups, two pressing needs came through loud and clear:

  1. The need for enhanced academic spaces to meet the evolving needs of students through innovation and expanded academic offerings
  2. The need for expanded, updated facilities to accommodate physical education, student wellness, and the increasing demands of extracurricular programs and athletics

We're excited to announce the next step in addressing these needs - plans for a new, on-campus facility that includes:

  1. More State-of-the-Art Classrooms
Designed to enhance high school academic offerings, support collaborative learning, and provide student study rooms and meeting spaces.
  2. Much-Needed Meeting Spaces
Created to serve a wide range of needs—from parent meetings and Bible studies to student leadership, engagement groups, and student life gatherings—along with dedicated quiet study rooms that foster focus and connection.
  3. More Locker Rooms
Purpose-built spaces for our baseball and softball teams, along with additional spaces for PE and middle school students - designed to match and elevate the excellence of our student-athletes.
  4. A New Athletic Performance Center
A dynamic new space focused on strength, conditioning, and recovery - helping prepare our student-athletes to compete at their highest level.
  5. An Enhanced Game-Day Experience at Patriot Stadium
With new restrooms and a modern concession stand, fans and families can enjoy more comfort and convenience on game days.
    A New Patriot Store Location
  6. Creating more space and a better experience for students, families, and fans.
